This location is great but the one in Waliea stinks. Poor servcie and wrong orders brought out twice

Everytime my husband and I go to Maui we end up at least once or twice at Cheeseburger in Paradise. The burgers are good and the drinks are good as well. I'll admit, the service can be a little dicey at times, we have waited for a server when the place wasn't busy, etc., but overall the experiences we have had there more than make up for the little inconveniences. It is wonderful to sit there, Mai Tai in hand, listening to the music (they have live entertainment in the evenings) feeling the cool breeze on your face, watching the sunset on the ocean.......ahhhh I'm ready to go back just writing this review!!!!! Get me on the next plane!!!!

A few tour books raved about their cheeseburgers & mai tai's. The cheeseburgers were just "OK", nothing fancy...and their Mai Tai's tasted the same as other places I had mai tai's. Again, nothing fancy. When my b-friend & I visited, we were seated right away but 2 guests that were seated AFTER us got their order taken before us and received their food right away. Ours took forever! Our waitress never checked on us, we ALWAYS had to flag her down. So of course, we didn't tip. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the view...but you can get that same view if you just step outside to the beach. Don't waste your $!
